We operate as a dropshipping store, meaning we work with global suppliers to deliver products directly to our customers. This allows us to offer a wide range of pet products without maintaining a physical inventory.
Where do you ship from?
We currently ship within the USA only.
How long does shipping take?
We offer fast shipping within the USA, with delivery typically taking 3 to 5 business days. Orders are processed within 1-2 business days before shipment.
How can I track my order?
Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number to track your package in real-time.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
We process orders quickly, so cancellations or modifications can only be made within 12 hours of placing an order. After this period, your order will already be in processing and cannot be changed.
What is your return & refund policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for defective or incorrect items. If you receive a damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with pictures of the issue. We will process a refund or replacement accordingly.
Note: We do not accept returns for change of mind or used items.
What if my order is delayed or lost?
If your package is delayed beyond 5 business days, please contact us, and we will investigate the issue. If your order is lost in transit, we will provide a replacement or a full refund.
